Because times are reserved exclusively for you, a valid credit card or gift card is required to secure your appointment. To avoid charges, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance (48 hours for any spa package or multiple appointments) if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation made with less than the required notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service(s). No-shows are charged at full price, and no-shows for consultations are charged $25.00. A VALID CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS.
All services available by appointment only. To fully enjoy our services, please arrive 10-15 minutes before scheduled appointment(s). Depending on availability, late arrivals will receive an abbreviated service. To insure future appointments, please schedule your next appointment prior to leaving our facility.
Certain spa treatments and/or products are not recommended for expectant or nursing mothers, those with high blood pressure, heart conditions, on certain medications and infectious diseases. Please share your concerns with us or your physician.
We’ll gladly issue a refund on any unused or unopened product within 14 days with valid receipt. If you are unsatisfied with any products once opened or used, we’ll gladly issue store credit within 14 days of original purchase. Sorry, no refunds. All physician-strength skin care and prescription purchases are final! By law, no returns or exchanges permitted.

Cards may be purchased for any service or amount, ranging from $25 to $500 and may be exchanged for services or products only. No refunds, please. All pre-paid treatment series are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We would be happy to arrange to mail any of our products or gift cards to your home or office. We accept all major credit cards, as well as phone, fax and online orders.
Gift cards previously purchased at a discount may not be used to make subsequent purchases on discounted treatments, series, products or additional gift cards. Because of the nature of our services, our insurance company does not permit infants and small children beyond our lobby area. Please ask for a locker or safety deposit box since we cannot be responsible for valuables lost, stolen or left behind. Prices are subject to change without notice.
